Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of the NextDrop app. By using the app you agree to them.

Subscriptions

• NextDrop Premium is offered as a monthly or yearly auto-renewable subscription.
• New subscribers begin with a 7-day free trial. You are not charged during the trial.
• Unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the subscription renews automatically at the price shown in the app for your region.
• Your subscription renews at the end of each period until you cancel. Payment is charged to your Apple ID on confirmation of purchase.
• Manage or cancel any time in Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your device. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under the Apple Media Services Terms; we cannot issue them directly.

Forecast accuracy

Weather forecasting is inherently uncertain. NextDrop presents data from Rainbow AI and, on the Models screen, from the GFS, ECMWF and ICON models via Open-Meteo. Forecasts, radar and alerts are provided for general information only.

Do not rely on NextDrop for decisions where weather could affect safety — including aviation, marine activity, severe-weather response or any situation where an inaccurate forecast could cause harm. Always consult your official national weather service for warnings.

Alerts

Rain alerts depend on your device, your network, Apple's push service and the accuracy of the underlying forecast. We cannot guarantee that any particular alert will be delivered, or delivered on time.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to reverse engineer the app, abuse or overload our API, or resell or redistribute the forecast data it displays.

Liability

The app is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the app or reliance on its forecasts.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date above will change and the current version will always be available at this address.
